并殖吸虫第二中间宿主一新种——平和华溪蟹(十足目:短尾派)

本文记述了采自福建省平和县的淡水蟹华溪蟹属Sinopotamon一新种——平和华溪蟹S.pinheensesp.nov;蟹体内并殖吸虫囊蚴感染率为100％(21/21)。

本文报道了充当并殖吸虫第二中间宿主,分布于福建省霞浦、福安、寿宁、福鼎、拓荣县(市)的淡水华溪蟹,经鉴别,均非福建华溪蟹(Sinopotamon fukienense),而是浙江华溪蟹新亚种Sinopotamon chekiangensemindongense subsp,nov.,澄清了蟹种分类。     

Distribution of growth hormone-like immunoreactive cells and somatostatin receptors in the nervous system and Hatschek's pit of amphioxus, Branchiostoma belcheri

Using immunohistochemical method and double staining technique, the localization of growth hormone (GH) and somatostatin receptors in the nervous system and Hatschek's pit of amphioxus has been investigated. The results showed that the growth hormone-like nerve cells and endocrine cells as well as three subtypes of somatostatin receptors exist in the nervous system and Hatschek's pit, and GH-like nerve cells and endocrine cells co-exist with three subtypes of somatostatin receptors in the brain vesicle and Hatschek's pit. It is suggested that a primitive control system of inhibitory growth hormone secretion in Hatschek's pit could have been developed in amphioxus, as in vertebrates. The present study provides new evidence for the endocrinology and the evolution of Hatschek's pit.     

Brent原油期货市场波动结构突变点预测

针对Brent原油期货市场可能存在结构突变点（结构断点），引入了隐马尔科夫模型(Hidden Markov Models，HMM)对其进行波动状态预测，但是由于HMM模型测度下的波动状态中可能存在伪结构突变点，再使用迭代累积平方和(Iterated Cumulative Sums of Squares，ICSS)模型对Brent原油期货市场波动结构突变点进行诊断，并修正其波动状态，为了检验ICSS-HMM-EGARCH模型对Brent原油期货市场结构突变点预测的准确性，基于修正后的波动状态再次使用HMM-EGARCH模型对Brent原油期货市场进行波动率预测。最后，采用成功率(Success Rate，SR) 和基于平均误差函数(Root Mean Squared Errors，RMSE)的Diebold-Mariano(D-M)模型分别对预测波动状态和预测波动率的准确性进行检验。实证结果表明：Brent原油期货市场中存在波动结构突变点；HMM模型测度下的波动状态中存在伪结构突变点，而ICSS-HMM-EGARCH模型能够修正波动状态中的伪结构突变点；基于修正后的波动状态后HMM-EGARCH模型能够对Brent原油期货市场进行更加准确地波动率预测，因而ICSS-HMM-EGARCH模型能够准确地预测Brent原油期货市场波动结构突变点。     

Cu~(2+)、Fe~(3+)、Zn~(2+)对香豆素-3-羧酸与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的影响

用荧光光谱法研究Cu~(2+)、Fe~(3+)、Zn~(2+)对香豆素-3-羧酸与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)相互作用的影响.结果表明:三种金属离子均能增强香豆素-3-羧酸对BSA的荧光猝灭及两者的结合作用,使体系的荧光猝灭常数、结合常数增大;Zn~(2+)的存在没有改变两者的作用力类型,仍以疏水作用力为主,Cu~(2+)、Fe~(3+)存在下,作用力变为以静电引力为主.表明Cu~(2+)、Fe~(3+)、Zn~(2+)对香豆素-3-羧酸与牛血清白蛋白的作用有重要影响.     

萜烯酚树脂的研制

研究了马尾松松节油和苯酚反应的规律,选定了较为理想的Lewis酸催化剂体系,获得了最佳工艺条件。用甲苯为溶剂,催化剂量为总原料的4％,松节油和苯酚的摩尔比控制在1:0.5～1:0.7的范围内,在25～50℃下进行Friedel-Craft's反应,经水洗、蒸馏等工序,可得加特纳色阶为7～9的淡黄色树脂,其得率在90％以上(以总反应物料重量计),软化点达115℃以上。本研究得到的萜烯酚树脂经应用试验表明,在橡胶、保护膜胶带等工业中可提供特有的性能,具国外同类产品水平。并为实现萜烯酚树脂工业生产提供了可靠依据。     

String theory and general methodology: A mutual evaluation

String theory has been the dominating research field in theoretical physics during the last decades. Despite the considerable time elapse, no new testable predictions have been derived by string theorists and it is understandable that doubts have been voiced. Some people have argued that it is time to give up since testability is wanting. But the majority has not been convinced and they continue to believe that string theory is the right way to go. This situation is interesting for philosophy of science since it highlights several of our central issues. In this paper we will discuss string theory from a number of different perspectives in general methodology. We will also relate the realism/antirealism debate to the current status of string theory. Our goal is two-fold; both to take a look at string theory from philosophical perspectives and to use string theory as a test case for some philosophical issues.     

L—2（10）—蒎烯四醋酸铅氧化产生扩环产物的结构

在四醋酸铅氧化L-2(10)-蒎烯的产物中,首次分离得到三种扩环产物2、3、4,经HR-MS、EI-MS、NMR(~1H、~(13)C、H-H COSY、H-C COSY)、IR等波谱方法确定,分别为(1S,6S)-7,7-二甲基双环[4.1.1]-3-辛烷酮及其异构体(1R,6S)-7,7-二甲基双环[4.1.1]-2-辛烷酮和(4S)-4-异丙烯基环庚烷酮,文中还讨论了反应机理。
